We understand that finding palliative care for a loved one is hard. That is why the care we provide extends to you and others who are close to your loved one, with kindness, empathy and dignity offered to everyone. We are a home from home, making sure everyone feels welcomed.
We also understand that just because someone receives end of life care it doesn’t mean they have to stop having interests, being social and enjoying life. Our care is reliable and consistent, and our team helps our residents keep active to make a positive impact on their day.
At each of our residential care and nursing homes, we have a team of experienced and empathetic carers, chefs, activities coordinators, cleaners, maintenance staff and more. From the nutritious, freshly cooked meals served three times a day to the rigorous cleaning and sanitation processes, everything we do is with the comfort and care of your loved one in mind.
Palliative and end of life care is the care given to those with serious illnesses and diseases with a terminal diagnosis. The care focuses on ensuring your loved one is comfortable, in as little pain as possible and is allowed to retain their dignity as we support their personal end-of-life decisions.
It is never easy to receive palliative care, but our empathetic and expert team treats every resident with kindness whilst ensuring the very best care is given at all times. Not only do we support your loved one, but also help you through an immensely challenging time. To discover how we can help you and your loved one, contact our team today.
Palliative care is for those experiencing the challenges of a terminal illness, such as cancer, advanced dementia, neurological conditions, heart failure, and other serious illnesses and diseases.
Our residents receiving end of life care are offered one on one support to provide them with relief to their pain and stress and make sure that their last months or years are as comfortable as they can be.
We predominantly care for privately funded residents whose families want to provide affordable but specialist palliative care. If you or your loved one’s finances change, you may be eligible for financial support in the form of a Third- Party Contribution, otherwise known as a top-up fee.
