Holmer Court Care Home

The Home

Holmer Court is situated in the beautiful city of Hereford and provides residential and dementia care for up to 33 residents. Our home is focussed on delivering exceptional standards of personalised care and ensuring residents, and their families, feel supported and respected.

As part of the Ashberry network, spanning across England and Wales, we prioritise the well-being of residents and their families above all else. Our core values — loyalty, integrity, and compassion — guide every facet of our operations, deeply ingrained in the fabric of each of our homes.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to really get to know our residents and provide them with a variety of stimulating activities that not only promote physical but also mental and social wellbeing. You'll need to be warm, empathetic and personable to join us as a Wellbeing Coordinator. You will be responsible for:

  • Arranging entertainment and maintaining appropriate documentation in line with the monthly activities budget
  • Organising in-house and other events such as Christmas parties, Easter raffles, summer fares and bonfire parties. Ensure that adequate supplies are purchased for the events whilst still working within the set budget
  • Experience is not essential as we will support you with all the training and support you’ll need to do the job but what is important is that you are caring enthusiastic and have energy to share

To apply:

Please email your CV and cover letter to enquiries@ashberry.net. In the email, please put the subject as: Holmer: Wellbeing coordinator.
